Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and manuals included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or custom products.
  • Opened software or digital products.
  • Gift cards.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@speedtechhato.com or call (214) 771-0150 to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number, a description of the item, and the reason for the return.

Once your return is authorized, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product or a different one, please follow the same process as for a return. After the returned item is received, we will process the exchange and send out your new product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Late or Missing Refunds

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, it will need to be processed as a return.
